When my daughter was born the last thing I wanted to do was hire a newborn photographer. I was 40 pounds over weight. Face broken out. Leaking everywhere. Didn’t want to spend the money. I was a mess. I yelled at anyone who tried to put a camera in my face. But man, do I regret that now.

I wish I had photos like these of my first born. I wish I wouldn’t have let myself get in the way of capturing the moments that matter so much to me now.
